By accessing or using the Smorr mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

  • Unique Access Codes: Access to premium features (including the AI Makeup Scanner and Skin Diary) requires a valid verification code obtained from a physical Smorr product purchase.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. E-Commerce and Purchases

  • Product Availability: All physical products listed in the Smorr app are subject to availability.
  • Pricing and Payments: Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments must be completed through our authorized third-party payment gateways.
  • Returns and Refunds: Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging, subject to our standard return guidelines.

  • Skin Diary and Photos: By uploading images to the Skin Diary or AI Scanner, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Smorr a temporary, secure license to process these images strictly for generating your personalized recommendations.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful material to the application.
